As the Executive Director of Marketing, Lauren spearheads the firm’s marketing initiatives, blending traditional methods with a creative flair to enhance CR Legal Team’s reach and reputation.
In her role, Lauren develops tailored strategies for the firm’s digital, television, and social media presence. Additionally, she collaborates with vendors and colleagues to create custom music and commercials for CR Legal Team. Committed to excellence, she is dedicated to contributing to the success of the firm through one-of-a-kind campaigns and initiatives.
Prior to joining the firm, Lauren was a professional dancer living in New York City where she assisted and trained at Broadway Dance Center. In addition to BDC, she has trained at various schools including The Dance Theatre of Harlem, The Pointe Studio of Dance Company and Conservatory, and The American Dance Festival. Lauren has performed in many shows and festivals among the Carolinas, Georgia, New York, and Italy. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and Choreography and a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Being injured in a serious car accident as a teenager, Lauren understands the importance of having an experienced and compassionate legal team advocating for you when you need it most. Lauren’s unique background has allowed her to elevate CR Legal Team’s public visibility so the firm can continue to serve clients who are injured through no fault of their own. Outside of her professional endeavors, Lauren is passionate about education, mentoring younger professionals, and giving back to her community. She previously managed The Red Affect Boutique in High Point, North Carolina. Proceeds from the boutique directly benefited the Little Red Jumpsuit Foundation for Girls and Women, where she is currently a committee member. Throughout her life, Lauren has volunteered her time at many different organizations and is heavily involved in the community programs that CR Legal Team offers, leveraging her skills to make a positive impact beyond the office.
